Hi, I’m Tamika.

I built Talent Blossom for the woman whose assignment has been "do more" for as long as she can remember. The woman who has been so busy showing up for everyone and everything else — the job, the team, the family, the community, the standard, the room — that she’s never really been asked to show up for herself.

She’s ready to come home.

I’ve spent more than 15 years inside high-growth companies — in the rooms where decisions get made about people’s careers and belonging. I’ve watched brilliant women — some of the most capable people I’ve ever encountered — shrink themselves to fit spaces that should have been expanding to hold them. I’ve felt that shrinking in my own body too.

I know what it costs to be excellent in spaces that weren’t built for you. And I know what it feels like to arrive at a moment where something has to change — not because you’ve failed, but because you’ve outgrown the version of yourself you’ve been performing.

That’s the moment I’m most called to sit in with you.
